Home collection

Complete the online request for home collection of your return and we will send a carrier to the address you provide. We make it easy for you!

Please note that this service has a cost of £1.95 for each return request. This amount will be deducted from your refund, so you won't need to make any payments directly to the courier. If you would prefer home collection, you can request it below.

Have the parcel ready on the day of collection to facilitate the return. Simply include the garments that you want to change or return and the return form you received with your order. If you need a new one, download one from My purchases.

• If you request a size change, indicate the new size you require on the form next to each item.
• If you request a return, we will ask you to state the reason. This information is important because it will help us improve our garments. Your opinion matters to us!

Prepare your return step-by-step:

• It is not necessary to use the original packaging; you can use any box or bag.
• Make sure the items are securely fastened and protected, and that the package is properly sealed so that it does not open accidentally.
• If you need to download the return form again, you will find it in My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
• You can return items from different orders in the same package if you include the forms from each order.
• If you placed your order without registering, simply log in with the purchase e-mail from My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
