Free return to Post Offices

Complete the online refund request and you will receive an e-mail with a QR code, which you must present at your nearest Post Office. Remember that you have 10 business days from the request to go there.

Prepare your return step-by-step:

  • It is not necessary to use the original packaging; you can use any box or bag.
  • Make sure the items are securely fastened and protected, and that the package is properly sealed so that it does not open accidentally.
  • Download the return form from My purchases > Exchanges and returns Prepare your package with the items you wish to return or exchange. If it's an exchange, indicate the new size next to each item, and if it's a return, specify the reason. This helps us process your order faster and improve our garments.
  • You can return items from different orders in the same package if you include the forms from each order.
  • If you placed your order without registering, simply log in with the purchase e-mail from My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
  • If you don't receive the QR code for your refund, request it via chat.

This service is only available for one return per purchase.
