Each point is valid for 1 year from the moment you earn it. For example, points you earn on 10/06/25 will expire on 10/06/2026.
Your level is maintained for 1 year from the moment you reach it. This means that if you reach Style Curator on 29/04/25, you will retain it until 29/04/26.
To retain your level, you must reach the minimum number of points for your level before the year is up. Otherwise, your level will automatically be downgraded to the lower level. So, if your level is Style Curator (1200 points) on 29/04/25 and you have 1200 points or more on 29/04/26, you will retain it. If you have fewer points, you will be downgraded.
We'll inform you of level changes by e-mail or text, as long as you have notifications enabled. And remember, you can always consult your level and accumulated points in your account or in the Mango Style Club space.
