Eckhaus Latta, one of the most distinctive independent American brands, joins forces with MANGO this season to create the ultimate cool-factor collaboration of the summer. The collection, designed by both brands, moves between the conceptual, the functional, and an urban sensibility. Conceived to give free rein to personal expression in everyday life, it reveals how subversive the ordinary can be—where small gestures in the way we dress are enough to challenge established rules.
The brand’s universe—founded between New York and Los Angeles in 2011 by Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta—translates here into foil-finished denim, a signature use of layering, knitwear, and prints inspired by aquatic nature. Sheer fabrics and minimalist ’90s cuts create a clean aesthetic that highlights texture and construction. Accessories, meanwhile, echo the organic and asymmetrical shapes that run throughout the collection.
