Go to any Mango store that sells the collection you wish to exchange or return. Home collection cannot be returned to stores in Slovakia. Do not forget to take the return form you received with your order.
If you can't find the form, download it from My Account > My Purchases or present the barcode you'll find in My Purchases via your mobile phone.
Bear in mind that Mango Home items cannot be exchanged or returned in stores.
Returns will not be accepted in the following stores: Elys, House of Fraser, Fenwick, John Lewis, Tempest, Enfield Pearsons, Outlets and the LGW AIRPORT (GATWICK) store.
