Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days from the dispatch date to exchange or return your order.
Help us reduce the impact of transport by taking your order to your nearest store.
Simply present the return form you received with your order at the checkout or the barcode you'll find in My Purchases on your mobile phone.
Request the collection of your parcel online and we will send a carrier within 24 to 48 hours to the address of your choice.
This service is only available for one return per purchase.
Return your order by post, using the label you received with your order or by sending it to the address you will find in Help.
In this case, we will not cover the cost of returning the parcel.
