How can I exchange or return an online purchase?

You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order, or 14 days for items from the Capsule collection, to make exchanges and returns from within the country of purchase.
During special promotions (Black Friday), the returns deadline may be extended.

Returns deadline extended until 12 January for purchases made from 12 November, except for items from the Capsule collection.

At Mango, we carefully review each claim for undelivered or incomplete orders. If we detect signs of improper use or fraud, we may reject the return and temporarily suspend the account.
