Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and you no longer want it, you can request to cancel it from the order details in My purchases (not available on the app) or via our Chat service. This option is only available for accepted orders that are being prepared. If your order is ready for dispatch or has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please bear in mind that orders are cancelled in their entirety; it is not possible to add, remove or modify items in the order.

Once the request has been made, we will notify you by e-mail within a maximum deadline of 24 hours whether it has been possible to cancel the order.

If your order can no longer be cancelled, you can return it via the usual methods.
