Postal return (Door-to-door Delivery)

Take the parcel with the items you wish to return to your nearest Post office or via any delivery service. It's very simple!

Simply prepare your parcel with the items and the return form you received with your order.

  • For multi-order deliveries, a refund may be requested for domestic delivery items within 14 days, depending on the date of receipt of the goods received by overseas delivery.
  • When returning multi-order items, do not request a refund individually. You should to request a refund with one order number so that the return fee is not charged twice.

  • Please indicate on the return form the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!

Finally, don't forget to attach the return label you received with your order to the outside of the box and send the parcel to the following address:

Send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

Note that, in this case, we will not bear the costs of the return. You should pay the return postage (delivery fee) in advance.
