Complete the online request for home collection of your return and we will send a carrier to the address you provide. We make it easy for you!

For multi-order deliveries, a refund may be requested for domestic delivery items within 14 days, depending on the date of receipt of the goods received by overseas delivery.

For the orders that have 2 deliveries (Standard shipment and International shipment) the return fee will be deducted for each box you return.

This service costs ￦ 2,900.

Have the parcel ready on the day of collection to facilitate the return. Simply include the garments that you want to return and the return form you received with your order. If you need a new one, download one from My purchases.
