- All items being returned must be in their original condition, including their packaging (i.e. paper pouch or box with the MANGO label). For online orders, we ship items with an additional external packaging to protect both your ordered item and its packaging during transit. This external packaging can be used to label your order return details.
To ensure your return request is accepted, please follow these guidelines:
- For online purchases, returns must be initiated within 35 days from the order’s dispatch date.
- For in-store purchases, returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Avoid damaging the item or allowing dirt or stains to contact it.
- Keep the barcode tags and stickers attached to the item or packaging.
- Preserve the original packaging without deformation, tears, or markings.
- Fragrances, candles and other cosmetics must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Some items cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene such as lingerie, underwear, swimwear, earrings, masks, gels, and toiletries.
- Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again.
- Gift cards are also non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
