How and when will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund within 6 to 12 working days via the same payment method used to purchase the item from the moment we accept the return in our warehouse. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the return.

If the deadline has passed and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team so they can help you.

Please note that if you paid using the payment method Cash on delivery, we will need your bank details. If this is the case, please make sure you have entered your details correctly in My Account > Refunds. If you made the purchase as a guest, access Refunds through your order details in My Purchases.
