What are the types of delivery and delivery times for an order?

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the type of delivery you choose for your purchase.

Note that during sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal:

*Islands and mountain areas: 1-2 extra delivery days.

In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.

Remember that we will notify you by e-mail when the parcel leaves our warehouses.

Please note that we do not accept deliveries to military bases or post office boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

If you can see "estimated dispatch in 10 working days" when choosing a size option, this item is from our warehouse in Spain. In such cases, you will receive your order separately and on different dates.
