Why do we need your KYC to send you the order?

As this is an international shipment, in order to expedite and facilitate the delivery of your order, our carrier will clear customs on your behalf and will require your KYC. They will contact you by email to collect these documents.

If the details provided to your bank and the delivery address do not match, you will have to provide one of the following documents:

  • Bank Account Statement

  • Electricity Bill

  • Telephone Bill

  • Hotel Booking Receipt (if the delivery address is a hotel)

  • LPG Connection document with address

  • Complete copy of Rent Agreement

  • Letter from HR (If workplace allocation)

  • Aadhar card/passport/voter id
