Refunds are made using the same payment method used to purchase. Please, note that:
With the home collection service, your parcel may take up to 16 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
