Some garments stay with you for years, while others stop being part of your daily life almost without you noticing. Not because they've lost their value, but because your style, the way you want to dress, or your plans have changed.
A garment's story doesn't end when you stop wearing it
Giving your garments a second life is now easier.
A garment can begin a new chapter away from your closet and continue to be part of other stories. With that idea in mind, the resale option, available from your MANGO account, allows you to give a second life to garments you no longer wear through Poshmark.
GIVING YOUR GARMENTS A SECOND LIFE IS NOW EASIER
Often, what holds people back from reselling clothes isn't a lack of interest, but the feeling that the process might take too long. Taking photos, writing a description, filling out item information, or starting from scratch can make you put it off. And in the end, those garments just stay where they are.
That's why this feature has been designed to make the process quick and easy from the start. If you have MANGO items you no longer use, you can find them in My Purchases and start reselling them from there. When you select an item, the listing opens on Poshmark with some details already pre-filled or ready to review, making it much easier to list an item for sale.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS STEP BY STEP
The process has been designed to be clear and straightforward. Please note that the resale option is only activated 30 days after purchase. That is, when the return period for the item has already ended.
1. Log in to your Mango account and go to My Purchases.
2. Find the order where the item you want to resell is located.
3. Select Resell Items.
4. Go to Poshmark to review the listing.
5. Fill in any missing details, set the price, and put the item up for sale.
You must keep two aspects in mind. The first is that you can only select one item at a time. The second is that you must have a Poshmark account to fill out and manage the listing.
In addition, not all items can be resold. Due to hygiene or safety reasons, some categories are excluded from this option.
These include:
-fragrances or products with flammable substances, such as perfumes, candles, soaps, spray diffusers or mikados
-lingerie and underwear
-some home items, such as crib bedding (covers, sheets, sleeping bags, and mattress covers), mirrors, and candleholders.
Apart from these exceptions, this feature provides an easy way to repurpose garments you no longer wear. To explore this option, go to My Purchases in your account and discover how to get started.
