How can I exchange or return an online purchase?

You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns. Items in the CAPSULE collection can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date. These items cannot be exchanged or returned if they do not have the original labels on.

Returns deadline extended until 12 January for purchases made from 12 November, except for items from the Capsule collection.
