What are the types of delivery and delivery times for an order?

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the type of delivery you choose for your purchase.

Please note that we do not accept deliveries to military bases or post office boxes.

Multiple shipments

When you shop online, some of your items may be shipped from our international warehouse in Barcelona, or from our local warehouse in the Philippines. This means that it is possible that your order may have multiple deliveries with varying delivery dates.

Orders coming from our international warehouse may take up to 17 days, while orders shipped from our local warehouse might take up to 7 days. Please take into consideration that there may be unforeseen delays in your orders during holidays, sale events, and/or severe weather conditions.
