Free return at PostNL

Now, you no longer need a return label.

Complete the online return request and you will receive an email with a code that you must present at the delivery point. Then, simply take the package with the items to your nearest PostNL point. It's very simple!

Next, prepare your package:

  • Use the original package or any other as long as it protects the items.
  • Include in the package the return form you received and indicate the reason for return or the new size next to each item. You can download a new one from My purchases > Exchanges and returns.

Remember that you have 10 working days, from the request for the return, to go to an PostNL delivery point.

This service is only available for one return per purchase.
