Mango offers you an online purchasing service which allows you to purchase a selection of the Mango items available at our stores as well as Mango partners products from your computer. You can also benefit from promotions, gifts and exclusive offers.

Below, we invite you to review the general conditions of sale which regulate the purchase of Mango products via this Website. Therefore, use of this Webpage implies your acceptance of these general conditions of sale. However, if you have any queries regarding the same, please contact our Customer Services department.

*Mango has made every effort to display the colours of the items as realistically as possible. However, the colour of the garments that appear on the screen may be subject to changes depending on the quality of your computer monitor. Therefore, Mango cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your monitor are a true representation of the actual colours.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.

Similarly, Mango makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its website is complete, accurate and correct. In the event of any error, Mango will proceed to correct it immediately.

Purchase procedure

  1. Select the articles you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
  2. The shopping basket contains the reference of the selected item, its name, size, colour and price in the corresponding country (including taxes). The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method selected.
  3. To proceed with the purchase, the user’s personal details will be required and will be included on our database in order to process the order and simplify future purchases via the Website. The personal details provided by users will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may, at any moment, access the personal details they have provided and information on the orders they have placed. Mango reminds users that their personal details must be as accurate as possible in order to avoid any confusion or errors in the dispatch of the item(s) purchased. Furthermore, wherever expressly requested by users, they will receive information and publications relative to the MANGO Group by post and/or SMS.
  4. Once the order has been completed, and before the order is confirmed, the user will be provided with an itemised summary of the order, identifying the item(s) purchased, the total price (including transport and taxes) and the order delivery details, in order for the user to confirm this by clicking on the 'Confirm payment' button.


Purchases may be paid for using a credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), via PayPal or via iDeal. Payment method other than the ones specified in the present conditions of sale will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.

Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the webpage, allowing users to track the order from their computer at any moment.

An automated order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the address indicated by the user with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. If you do not receive this e-mail, this could be due to a temporary communications problem in the network or an error in the e-mail address entered. In both cases, Mango advises the user to contact Customer Services. Similarly, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming that the product has been dispatched.

When you order a Mango Item your contract is with Mango and when you order a Mango partner Item you enter into a contract with the respective Mango partner.

Availability of products

All orders are subject to the products being available. If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse or partner warehouse detect that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, Mango and/or the partner will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

Right not to accept an order

Mango may cancel or refuse to accept any confirmed order on the following grounds:

  1. In the event of a technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of products contained on the webpage when the order was placed.
  2. Due to a lack of availability, as described in point 3.4.
  3. When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
  4. When there are reasons to indicate that the user is a minor.
  5. If Mango was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.

Mango will fully reimburse any sums that have been paid.

Price and payment

Payment and currency

The prices on this Webpage are quoted in EUR.

Mango allows users the option to select the destination country before placing their order, so that they can see the prices with the corresponding taxes included. If the customer subsequently modifies the delivery address and the destination country, the prices displayed in the final summary of the order may vary.

Value Added Tax

In accordance with the current legislation, the sales will be subject to VAT, applying the current rate of VAT in the Member State in which the goods are delivered.

According to the legislation, when the purchaser is liable for VAT in an EU Member State, it may be possible to apply the “reverse charge” mechanism subject to fulfilment of the requirements established in the legislation.

Invoicing

The customer expressly consents to the issue of the invoice in electronic format. If the customer wishes to receive a paper invoice, they can request this at any time by contacting our Customer Service.

Payment methods

Mango only accepts payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), via PayPal or via iDeal.

Payment by credit or debit card
Mango accepts payments for purchases made via its Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.

Payment via PayPal
Mango will process the payment via the Paypal system.

Paypal express payment
Customers can link their Paypal account to their Mango account. This way, they will not have to enter their details every time they make a purchase via this system.

Payment via iDeal
Online bank payments are accepted for iDeal.With iDEAL, the customer will be redirected to the payment environment of their bank during the payment process. Payments with iDeal are accepted for the following internet banking: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Triodos Bank. With this payment method, the payment will be charged directly from the customer’s account.

Payment via Klarna

In order to use Klarna's interest-free 3 instalment payment method you must be a resident of the Netherlands, over 18 years of age and use a valid credit or debit card to pay the 3 instalments.

Klarna accepts most cards except prepaid cards. Klarna does not apply interest or charges for using a credit or debit card, however, depending on the bank, additional fees or interest may be charged.

This method is available for purchases of 95 € or more. You may have to fulfil other requirements to be able to use this payment method.

Apple Pay

If you make your purchase from a computer, select this payment method, and with the camera of your iPhone or iPad (with iOS 18 or higher) scan the code that appears on the screen and confirm payment. If you are purchasing via your mobile, select this payment method and confirm the purchase by double-clicking the side button on your device. Then confirm the operation using Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, depending on the version of your iPhone or iPad.

Google Pay

If you have Google Pay, you can shop at Mango quickly and easily. Simply select the 'Buy with Google Pay' option when placing your order and choose one of your saved Google Pay payment cards.

This payment method is available on different devices. If you are an Android user, you can shop with Google Pay from your cell phone. You can also use it via the website, both from your cell phone and from a computer, as long as you access it through compatible browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera or UCWeb UC Browser.This payment method is only available via the app.

Payment security

In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, Mango uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Mango only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. The basic aim of the Secure Electronic Transactions initiative is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. When you make payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically check whether the credit card has been activated for Secure Electronic Transactions. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorisation for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected. We also have the GeoTrust SSL safety certificate for online transactions.

As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, Mango reserves the right to check the personal details provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.

Purchase limit

The maximum amount per purchase is € 2,000 and it cannot include more than 40 products.

Delivery

Delivery of items purchased at Mango.com will be carried out via an international courier company and delivered in approximately 3 to 7 working days in the case of free delivery to store, from 2 to 4 working days in the case of home delivery and from 2 to 4 working days in the case of deliveries to DHL locations. Home and DHL deliveries are free for orders over 30€, and charged at 3.95€ in the case of orders below this amount.

It is also possible to request Express 48 hour home delivery with a delivery charge of 8.95€ and Next day 24 hour delivery (available only in selected cities) with a delivery charge of 9.95€ .

The Express 48 hour and Next day 24 hour delivery services are not available during sale periods or special promotions.
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.

Orders can be tracked via the Mango.com Webpage, indicating the location of the goods at each moment until final reception.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery method chosen and the items purchased. The exact transport cost will be calculated every time an item is added to the shopping basket, and will be displayed on the order summary page that appears before the customer confirms the order by pressing the ‘Confirm Payment’ button, and before the credit card or debit card details are entered.

Orders cannot be delivered to military bases or PO boxes.

The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears in the help pages and in the contract published on this Webpage. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear at the moment the order is placed shall apply.

Exchanges and returns

Exchange and/or returns conditions

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product(s) purchased and/or exchange their size (except for the products described in clause 6.2. below), without the need for justification, within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date. If the products in their confirmed order are delivered separately, on different dates, the dispatch date of the last product shall apply for the purposes of the return.

Mango cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case of flaws). For reasons of hygiene, underwear and swimwear items are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must remain intact. Customised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Face masks cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

It is not possible to change one model for another: it is only possible to exchange it for a different size. To exchange one item for another, you must follow the refund procedure and make a new purchase.

All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form.

If you cannot find it, please contact Customer Service and they will send it to you again.

Items in the CAPSULE collection can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date. These items cannot be exchanged or returned if they do not have the original labels on.

Mango reserves the right to review and evaluate each claim related to undelivered or incomplete orders. If reasonable indications of improper and/or fraudulent use of the Website are detected in the fulfilment of such orders, Mango may refuse the refund request and temporarily suspend the Customer's account.

Store exchanges and/or returns

The items purchased on this Webpage are part of the collection of items on sale at physical stores of the MANGO Group. Therefore, depending on the stock of the store in question, Mango offers you the possibility to exchange an item for another size or to return an item. All items may be returned to stores in Holland.

In the case of refunds, customers will be given a till receipt as proof of the return and a refund will be requested. The details of the refund will be forwarded to our central offices in Palau-Solità i Plegamans, from where the refund will be processed via the same payment method used to purchase the item.

For purchases made after 06/11/2023, items in the CAPSULE collection can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Exchanges and/or returns via DHL drop points

The change of size or refund of the purchased items may also be done by handing the parcel into a DHL office, a post office or a postal agency.

In this case you will need to complete the online return request and you will receive an email with a code that you must present at the delivery point. Include in the package the return form you received and indicate the reason for return or the new size next to each item.

This service is not available if you placed your order at Mangooutlet.com or via the iPad in MANGO Group stores.

Returns of orders placed in stores via the iPad

Orders placed via the iPad at physical stores of Mango may be returned to any stores in Holland.

In this case, exchanges will not be accepted.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract within 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear whose safety seal has been broken after dispatch.

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter or e-mail message):

Customers can use the following standard form, although this is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the notification in which you exercise your right to withdrawal simply needs to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all the payments received after purchase, including the delivery expenses (with the exception of additional expenses arising from a decision by the customer to choose a delivery mode other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and in all cases within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the present contract. We will process said refund using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly stated otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer incur any expense as a consequence of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the customer has presented evidence of their return, whichever condition occurs first.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed complied with if the goods are returned before expiry of said deadline.

In order to proceed with the return of goods, customers can use the services which Mango places at their disposal, such as: free returns to stores or free returns to DHL.

Refunds

Once the items are received, Mango will ensure they are in good condition and will dispatch the requested size in the case of an exchange or refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase in the case of refunds.

The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of the return at the Mango warehouses. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal from the order, the maximum deadline for the refund of the amount paid by the customer for the products will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

The returned items will always be refunded via the same payment method used to purchase them.

In cases where Mango has erroneously sent an item different to the one ordered or the quality of the item sent is not acceptable, Mango, once it has checked the error or defect, will refund the price of the returned item and the postage expenses. Whenever an erroneous or defective item is returned by ordinary post, Mango will refund the corresponding postage expenses provided the customer encloses a receipt of the return expenses in the parcel. Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

Mango shall not owe any liability to the customer when the product contained in the parcel returned by the customer is incorrect. Notwithstanding the above, in cases where the customer erroneously sends a product different to the one stated in the order and it is possible to process the collection of the item, the customer must organise its return and cover the corresponding costs of said collection.

Warranties

To customers who make purchases as consumers, Mango offers warranties on the products marketed through the Website/Application for any non-conformities regarding the same that become apparent within a period of three (3) years from delivery of the product.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any non-conformities that become apparent within two (2) years of delivery of the product already existed when the product was delivered.

If any of the items purchased through the Website or the App are not in conformity, the customer may notify Mango through the contact channels indicated below so that the warranty can be handled in accordance with applicable legislation.

Likewise, if the item is within the applicable return period, the customer may process the return in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

For items purchased in a physical store, the customer must visit one of our stores so that staff may assess the item.

Gift voucher

Customers can only purchase gift cards via the Website/Application and may only use them to purchase items that are for sale on the aforementioned Website/Application.

When purchasing a gift card, the customer may not add any other items to the order and may only purchase one gift card per order.

In order to process the purchase of the gift card, the following data will be requested regarding the person who is to receive it: name, surname and e-mail address. This data will only be used for the correct management of the gift card.

Only one gift card may be used per order as a form of payment and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

If the amount of the order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be available to the customer for use on future orders. In the event that the total amount of the order is greater than the amount of the gift card used, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer using the payment methods accepted on the Website/Application.

The exchange and/or return policy for orders paid with a gift card will be the same as for other orders placed on the Website/Application.

The amount to be refunded will be charged to the gift card balance. Recharging the gift card balance will take approximately fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the refund is made.

At the time the recharge is made, the customer will be informed via e-mail of the new available balance. If part of the order has been paid with a payment card, the refund amount will be paid first from the payment card used and the rest of the amount to be refunded from the gift card balance.

You can check the balance of your gift card at any time using the “Gift Card” option.

*The conditions applicable to Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased before 12/12/2018 may be different.

The Gift Card is non-transferable. The holder of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the use and custody of the same. In the event of loss or theft, the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. In such cases, presentation of the Gift Card purchase receipt and/or payment receipt shall not give entitlement to an exchange or refund of the Gift Card. In cases where the card is damaged or has been tampered with, Mango employees reserve the express right to accept or refuse the card.

The gift card exclusively entitles its holder to purchase, depending on the available balance, one or more items of clothing and/or accessories that are currently on sale in Mango stores, including Mango Outlet, located in countries that use the same currency as the country of purchase. Therefore, the gift card cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with gift cards or similar instruments (such as gift certificates, vouchers, promotional codes, etc.) from other retailers. Furthermore, the gift card is not valid in Mango stores located in department stores or airports, nor in the online stores Mango.com and Mangooutlet.com. Gift cards can be used in any country with the same currency as the country of purchase.

The value of the Gift Card is the one at the moment it is activated. The Gift Card may be used to purchases the holder wishes to make until the balance of the same runs out. The balance of the Gift Card will diminish as it is used to purchase garments and/or accessories at mango.com and/or the aforementioned Mango stores. In all cases, the existing balance of the Gift Card will appear on the purchase receipt and can be consulted at any of the aforementioned stores.

Gift Cards that have not been used and are in the same condition as when they were purchased (CVV intact) may be returned by presenting the original purchase receipt and respecting the legally-established deadline:• Gift Cards acquired in Mango stores may be returned within a deadline of 30days from the date of purchase.• Gift Cards acquired at mango.com may be returned within a deadline of 30 days from the date of dispatch by Mango to the recipient of the same.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used in the purchase. The resolution of any conflict, dispute or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions established in the law.

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO GIFT CARDS PURCHASED BEFORE 12/12/2018

The duration and validity of the Gift Card is indicated on the same. On expiry of said period, the Gift Card will become invalid and consequently may not be used at any Mango store. Furthermore, on expiry of said period, the existing balance of the Gift Card cannot be exchanged by any means or claimed by the holder of the Card under any circumstances. Gift Cards cannot be recharged. Under no circumstances can the existing balance of the Card be refunded to the holder, either in cash or by any other payment method. Once the balance has been used up, the Gift Card should be returned to the Mango store.

Items purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other items. Any conflict, dispute or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with provisions established in the law.

General terms and conditions of the programme

MANGO STYLE CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAMME

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the 'T&Cs') define the characteristics and operating conditions of the loyalty programme known as 'Mango Style Club' (hereinafter, interchangeably, the 'Programme', 'Mango Style Club' or 'the Club') aimed at customers and potential customers of the 'MANGO' brand (hereinafter, the 'Participant' or the 'Participants') and owned by the company MANGO MNG, SA, with registered office at Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona) 08184, Riera de Caldes Industrial Estate, Via Augusta 10, and Tax Identification Number A-59088948, an entity that forms part of the MANGO business group, made up of several companies domiciled in national and international territory (hereinafter, 'MANGO').

By joining the Programme, the Participant acknowledges and expressly accepts these T&Cs in full. In light of the above, we strongly recommend that all Participants carefully read these Terms and Conditions.

1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME?

Any individual who, at the time of joining the Programme, meets the following requirements may join Mango Style Club:

  • Reaching the age of adulthood; and
  • Residence in Spain, France, Andorra, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, with the official currency being the EURO (€) (hereinafter, the 'Territory').

Likewise, those individuals who, prior to the launch of the Mango Style Club Programme, are registered as users of the previous Mango Likes You Programme, will automatically benefit from the advantages offered by this programme without needing to formalize any membership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, these users may, at any time, unsubscribe from the Programme, as detailed in section 13 below.

2. HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAMME?

Joining the Programme can be done through the following means:

(a) In person, through physical establishments operating under the names 'MANGO', 'MANGO MAN', 'MANGO KIDS', 'MANGO TEEN' and 'MANGO HOME' (corporate or franchised) located in the Territory, expressly excluding outlet stores, airports and other points of sale with a sales management system other than MANGO (hereinafter, 'Physical Establishments'). The Participant must give MANGO any personal data that may be required and, consequently, consent to its processing.

(b) Online, through the website www.mango.com(hereinafter, the 'Website') or the MANGO application (hereinafter, the 'App'), expressly excluding the website www.mangooutlet.com. The Participant must give MANGO any personal data that may be required and, consequently, consent to its processing.

It is expressly stated that it is not mandatory for the Participant to accept the sending of communications from MANGO for advertising and/or promotional purposes. In this sense, if they join the programme, they will receive transactional communications about the loyalty programme as part of their subscription.

Joining the Programme will be completely free for the Participant.

Each account is registered to a single Participant; therefore a single account cannot be shared among several people.

3. WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME CONSIST OF?

Mango Style Club consists of the accumulation of points (hereinafter, 'points') as detailed in section 4.

MANGO reserves the right to verify the identity of any Participant in any circumstance related to the Programme (for example, purchases, exchanges or returns, accumulation, application of associated benefits, etc.). This identification can be carried out in:

  • Physical Stores: Participants may be asked to identify themselves using personal data (e.g., email address, mobile phone number and/or first and last name) or their Mango Style Club ID (barcode), which they can display on their mobile device (in the 'My Account' section of the Website or App).
  • Website or App: Participants must log in to the 'My Account' section using their username and password.

4. POINTS SYSTEM

4.1 DEFINITION AND FUNCTIONALITY

Points are the basis of the Programme's Tiers/Levels system. That is, the number of points a Participant has determines their Tier/Level in the Programme, and therefore the benefits they are entitled to, as explained in section 5 below.

Under no circumstances will points be redeemable for cash or their value in kind.

Points may be accumulated through purchases or other actions defined in sections 4.2 and 4.3 below.

4.2 ACCUMULATION OF POINTS THROUGH PURCHASES

Once the Participant has identified themselves, they may accumulate any points generated after purchasing MANGO products in Physical Stores, on the Website and/or in the App.

'MANGO products' shall be understood to mean those garments, accessories and/or complements that belong to business lines operated by MANGO (hereinafter, the 'Products'). Therefore, products from brands other than MANGO are excluded.

For each identified Product purchase made by the Participant, they may accumulate points according to the following formula:

1 Euro spent from the RRP (including taxes) = 10 points

A 'purchase of identified Products' will be understood as any transaction made in Physical Stores, on the Web, or in the App where MANGO can duly identify the Participant.

These points will remain pending consolidation from the moment of purchase until 30 days later, respecting the return period.

The Participant will receive, 30 days from the purchase date, the points corresponding to the portion of the purchase that has not been returned.

Accumulated points will expire one (1) year from the date of consolidation and, after this period has elapsed without the Participant having used them, they will be automatically deactivated.

4.3 ACCUMULATION OF POINTS THROUGH ACTIONS

Once the Participant has identified themselves, they can accumulate points through certain actions they perform, other than the purchase of Products, which are detailed below:

The following are the conditions established for each of the actions detailed above:

4.3.1. Product Recycling: Participants who carry out a recycling action in physical stores with available containers must identify themselves and inform MANGO staff. 100 points will be accumulated for each recycling action, regardless of the number of products to be recycled.

Points can only be accumulated for recycling garments once per calendar month.

4.3.2. Returns in physical stores: An identified purchase of Products made through the Website, App, or in Physical Stores, if its return is made in a Physical Store, will be additionally rewarded with 50 points.

Points can only be accumulated for purchase returns 10 times per calendar month.

4.3.3. Online Purchase Collection at Physical Stores: A purchase of identified Products made through the Website or App with the 'store collection' detail will be additionally rewarded with 50 points.

Points can only be accumulated for purchase collections 10 times per calendar month.

Mango may issue points for other temporarily available actions different from those listed in section 4.3.

The accumulation of points for the actions described in section 4.3 will expire after one (1) year from the date of accumulation and, after this period without the Participant having used them, they will be automatically deactivated.

5. TIERS AND BENEFITS

5.1. WHAT ARE TIERS/LEVELS AND HOW ARE THEY CLASSIFIED?

Participants who are part of the Club will be classified into a Tier or level system according to their points accumulated over the past year.

A 'Tier' refers to the level to which the Participant belongs in a classification that, in Mango Style Club, consists of three levels, with the following point range for each:

  • Tier 1 or Style Insider: Participants with fewer than 1700 points accumulated in the past year
  • Tier 2 or Style Curator: Participants with more than 1700 points accumulated in the past year points, and less than 5000 points
  • Tier 3 or Style Icon: Participants with a number of points accumulated in the last year greater than or equal to 5000 points

At each level, the Participant may benefit from the advantages described in section 5.5

5.2. ASSIGNMENT, INCREASE AND DECREASE OF TIER/LEVEL

The calculation of accumulated annual points that determines the level assigned to each Participant will be done daily.

This same calculation will determine if a Participant's accumulated and consolidated points correspond to those of a higher Tier/Level than the one they had the previous day, which will mean a level increase.

A Participant can increase as many Tiers/Levels at once as the programme conditions allow. It is not necessary to have belonged to a Tier/Level for a specific period of time to access the next one.

The Participant will only drop a Tier/Level if, after 365 days since the Tier/Level change, the total accumulated points do not correspond to those required to remain in the current Tier/Level.

5.3 ADVANTAGES

The advantages assigned to each Tier/Level are those marked with an X for each Tier/Level:

*Additional benefits may be added over time as the programme develops and as modifications are made to the different tiers.

Once a Participant reaches a specific Tier/Level, they will be granted the benefits corresponding to that Tier/Level, as well as the accumulated benefits from the lower Tiers/Levels. Consequently, the advantages associated with each Tier/Level are cumulative.

The term discount refers to a discount promise that will be fulfilled through the issuance of coupons or gift certificates. These instruments will only constitute an effective discount when redeemed for the purchase of goods in a subsequent transaction. Such discounts will not be included in the taxable base of the corresponding tax for the purchase to which they are applied. Any reference to expressions such as 'discount coupon', 'coupon', or 'gift certificate' shall be understood to refer to the concept of 'discount' as defined herein.

5.3.1 Birthday Surprise

Every Participant who has provided their date of birth and is part of the Mango Style Club programme, regardless of their Tier/Level, will receive a discount on their birthday. This discount will be granted through the issuance of a discount coupon, which will be issued fifteen (15) days prior to the registered date of birth, and will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. The coupon amount will vary depending on the Participant's Tier/Level:

  • Tier 1 or Style Insider: discount of five euros (€5)
  • Tier 2 or Style Curator: discount of ten euros (€10)
  • Tier 3 or Style Icon: discount of ten euros (€10)

5.3.2 Private Sales

The Participant will have a promotional code that can be used on the Website, in the App, and in Physical Stores. This code will be applicable in specific campaigns, in which a fixed discount will be offered, determined by country. The discount percentage may vary depending on the campaign and the country.

5.3.3 Draws

MANGO will hold draws to reward participants who are part of the new Club. To participate, interested parties must register in their Mango Style Club Space.

MANGO will make the official rules of the draws available to Participants so that they are duly informed of the terms and conditions applicable to each draw.

The winner will be announced in accordance with the established rules, and will be communicated via email by the Loyalty team.

5.3.4 Discounts for Tier/Level Upgrades

When a Participant upgrades to a higher Tier or maintains the same Level after a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days since their last increase, they will receive a discount coupon. The coupon amount will vary depending on the Tier or Level the Participant is at that time. The assigned amounts will be as follows:

  • Increase from Tier 1 to Tier 2: discount of five euros (€5)
  • Increase from Tier 1 to Tier 3: discount of ten euros (€10)
  • Increase from Tier 2 to Tier 3: discount of ten euros (€10)
  • Maintaining Tier 2: discount of five euros (€5)
  • Maintaining Tier 3: discount of ten euros (€10)

The maximum time to apply the discount, both for level increases and maintenance, will be thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

5.3.5 Collection Previews

Participants belonging to Tier 2 or Tier 3 will have exclusive access on the Website and App to the new collection that will go on sale the following day, 24 hours before other Participants.

5.3.6 Partner Brands

Participants belonging to Tier 2 or Tier 3 will have access to exclusive discounts on a selection of brands found within the App or Website in their Mango Style Club Space.

Any issues or complaints related to the use of the discount or the brand's terms and conditions must be handled directly with the corresponding brand.

5.3.7 Exclusive Attention

Participants belonging to Tier 3 will have a personalized and exclusive experience when they contact MANGO remotely.

5.3.8 Exclusive products

Tier 3 participants will have direct access to exclusive products. The products will not always be the same and may vary depending on the season or business decisions.

6. DISCOUNTS

6.1 ISSUANCE CASES

In accordance with the provisions of section 5 above, as a member of Mango Style Club, discounts in the form of coupons will be issued to Participants in the following situations:

  • For Tier/Level Upgrade or Maintenance
  • Birthday Surprise
  • For other actions occasionally determined by Mango

The customer may use the discounts on their purchases after previously activating the discount coupon in their Mango Style Club Space from the App or the Website.

It should be clarified that discount coupons granted to customers do not constitute a method of payment, but rather a promise of a discount on a future purchase.

6.2 TERMS OF USE

The Participant will receive, via email and/or notifications in the App, information regarding the availability of their discount coupon. However, the Participant may not use it without having previously activated the coupon.

The coupon will be available for activation within the Mango Style Club Area on the Website and in the App. Once successfully activated, if the Participant makes an online purchase, the discount will be automatically applied at the end of the purchase process. In the event of a purchase made in a physical store, store staff will apply the discount, provided the Participant has previously activated it in their Mango Style Club account.

Discounts will be applied to the Product RRP (including taxes).

The following limitations apply to discount coupons:

  • The Participant may have more than one discount coupon pending activation in their Mango Style Club account. However, you can only activate and use one coupon at a time.
  • The coupon must be activated before it can be used.
  • Only one coupon can be used per purchase.
  • It is mandatory to use the full amount of the coupon in the purchase.
  • The value of the coupon cannot represent a discount greater than fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase amount. If the discount exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase amount, the coupon cannot be applied to that purchase.
  • In the case of returns, the amount corresponding to the discount used will not be refunded.
  • If you wish to use the discount coupon in a country with a Mango Style Club programme other than your country of residence, you must have previously activated the coupon in your country of residence. Otherwise, you will not be able to use it in a different country.

7. GENERAL OPERATING RULES

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding sections, the general rules governing the accumulation of points are set out below:

  • Both the accumulation of points and the issuance of discount coupons will be done in whole numbers (i.e., rounded amounts, without decimals).
  • Shipping costs and product alteration costs will not result in the accumulation of points.
  • Points accumulated through the purchase of products will be calculated on the final amount of the purchase receipt after deducting any applicable discount coupons (or other discounts, sales, or promotions that may be in effect at that time).
  • Participants may not accumulate points at Mango Outlet, stores located in airports, or department store corners.
  • The use of coupons can be combined with any payment method.
  • It will be possible to accumulate points during sales or promotional periods.
  • The following are expressly excluded from the Programme: (i) Product purchases made via MANGO's Customer Service telephone line and (ii) Product purchases made in Physical Stores through the Website or App by MANGO staff at the request of customers.
  • The purchase of a Gift Card will not result in the accumulation of points. Only the recipient of the Gift Card, and therefore the person who uses it, will accumulate points. Participants with active discounts can redeem them on Product purchases paid for with a Gift Card.
  • MANGO does not guarantee the availability and continuous operation of the Programme when there are technical issues (e.g., errors in the operation of systems, servers, computer equipment, internet) or force majeure and, therefore, will not assume any liability for any damages that may arise due to the lack of continuity in the Programme's operations. However, and to the extent possible, MANGO will do its utmost to notify the Participant of such incidents. The purchase of other brands through Mango will not result in the accumulation of points. In the case of a mixed purchase, only the points corresponding to Mango products will be applied.

8. PRODUCT RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE PROCESSES

In the event of a return and/or exchange of Products that were acquired through the accumulation of points or the use of discount coupons, MANGO will proceed to adjust them as follows:

  • Points accumulated with the purchase of the Product being returned and/or exchanged will not be credited until after the return period, which is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
  • If the Participant used a coupon when purchasing the Product being returned and/or exchanged, it will not be refunded.
  • To apply a discount coupon to a product exchange, you will need to go to a physical store, where the price will be honoured with the previously applied discount.
  • In the event of order cancellation, the discount coupon used will not be refunded or reactivated.

Exceptions:

* Partial or total stock shortages: In these cases, the discount coupon used will be automatically reactivated, allowing the customer to use it in a new order by activating it accordingly.

9. INTERNATIONALISATION OF THE PROGRAMME

Participants who, as members of Mango Style Club, accumulate points in countries other than their country of residence, may benefit from the Programme's advantages provided both countries are within the Territory.

Furthermore, any Participant enrolled in the Mango Likes You programme who makes a purchase within the Territory will accumulate likes according to the conditions applicable in their country of residence. However, said Participant will not be able to benefit from the advantages offered by the Mango Style Club programme.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION

The Programme becomes effective on 5 May 2026, and will have an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MANGO reserves the right to cancel or modify the Programme's Terms and Conditions at any time. In this case, MANGO will inform Participants in advance through the communication channels it may establish for this purpose (email, website, etc.). The modification or cancellation of the Programme's Terms and Conditions will not entitle the Participant to any compensation or indemnity.

11. TRANSITION FROM MANGO LIKES YOU TO MANGO STYLE CLUB

At the time of the transition from Mango Likes You to Mango Style Club, the corresponding Tier/Level for each Participant will be calculated based on the total amount of purchases made in the three hundred and sixty-five (365) days prior to the effective date of the new Mango Style Club programme. For every EURO (€) spent, the customer will receive 10 points.

Those who, prior to the launch of the Mango Style Club Programme, are registered as users of the previous Mango Likes You programme, and who will pertain to the Style Curator (level 2) and Style Icon (level 3) levels of the new Mango Style Club programme, will receive a welcome discount of five euros (€5) and ten euros (€10), respectively. This discount will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

12. CANCELLATION FROM THE PROGRAMME

MANGO Style Club is designed as a service included with registration as a MANGO user. Therefore, those Participants who wish to cancel their subscription to the Programme will automatically have their MANGO user account deactivated.

In this regard, the Participant may cancel their subscription to the Programme and, consequently, process their deactivation as a user, through the following means:

  • Email addressed to personaldata@mango.com.
  • Website www.mango.com, in the My Data section, accessible from the 'My Account' section once the Participant logs in with their username and password.

As soon as the Participant cancels their membership, they will lose any points and benefits they may have accumulated without the possibility of recovery at a later time.

If the Participant exercises their right to have their personal data relating to their email address or mobile phone number deleted, their MANGO Style Club subscription will be automatically cancelled and, consequently, any accumulated points will be lost, as well as any previous benefits obtained through point accumulation.

Likewise, if the Participant exercises their right to rectification of their personal data, such that their country of residence is outside the Territory, their MANGO Style Club subscription must be cancelled and a new subscription must be created as a member of the Club operating in the destination country; consequently, any points accumulated will be lost, as well as any previous benefits obtained through point accumulation.

13. INFORMATION REGARDING CONTACT CHANNELS

Users may receive transactional communications via email, through the Mango app's inbox, and via push notifications from the same app. These communications will inform participants about point accumulation, discount coupon issuance, and other actions related to their participation in the Mango Style Club, in order to keep them properly informed about their account status, and optimize their experience as a Club member.

Communications related to the Club will not be considered commercial communications. The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the contract, understood to be the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions upon registering as a MANGO user.

14. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

For further information regarding the processing of personal data, the Participant may consult the Privacy Policy.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law or, where applicable, by the local laws applicable to each Participant in the Territory.

For the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions, and unless otherwise required by applicable local law, MANGO and the Participant submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona (Spain).

16. FRAUD

MANGO reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate if it detects fraudulent or suspicious behaviour on the part of Participants who are not making proper use of the benefits offered by the Programme.
