Free return to Post Offices

Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest Post Office. It's very simple!

Simply prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.

• If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
• If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!

If you can't find or haven't received the label or return form, please download it by going to your order details in My Purchases.
