How can I exchange or return an online purchase?

You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns. Items belonging to the women's and children's collection may be returned to stores in Finland that sell these collections. Items from other collections may only be returned by PostNord.

Returns deadline extended until 12 January for purchases made from 12 November, except for items from the Capsule collection.
