Free return to PPL parcel shops

Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest PPL parcel shop. It's very simple!

Simply prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.

• If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
• If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!

Finally, don't forget to attach the return label you received with your order to the outside of the box. If you can't find it, you can download it from the purchase details in My Purchases.
