Postal return

Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest Post office. It's very simple!

Simply prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.

  • If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
  • If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!

Finally, don't forget to attach the return label you received with your order to the outside of the box. If you can't find or haven't received the return form, please download it by going to your order details in My Purchases.

Send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Note that, in this case, we will not bear the costs of the return.

Remember that if you paid cash on delivery, you will need to choose you preferred refund method (store credit or cash). You can manage you preferences in My account > Refunds. If you do not have an account, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions you need to follow to get your refund.
