Refunds are made using the same payment method* used to purchase. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
*If you paid by cash on delivery, you will need to choose your preferred refund method:
- Store credit: the purchase amount will be refunded in the form of a credit to your Mango account. This credit can only be used to make purchases at Mango.com.
- Cash (via Privatbank): choose the Privatbank office you prefer to collect your money. Once the money has arrived to the office, you will receive an SMS. Please note that you will have 3 days to collect your money.
Make sure you manage your preferences in My account > Refunds. If you do not have an account, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions you need to follow to get your refund.
