Free return to VeniPack collection point

Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest VeniPack collection point. Use the "send parcel" filter on their website to find the collection points where shipments are accepted. It's very simple!

First, you will need to download your return label to stick in the parcel. You will be asked to enter the following information:

• User: the e-mail you used to make your Mango purchase (e.g. name@gmail.com)
• Password: the number of your order, which you will find on the delivery note (8 characters, e.g. CXX11100)

Please note that the return label included in your order is not valid for returns to VeniPack collection points.

Finally, prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.

• If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
• If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!

You will have 15 days from your request to take your parcel to the collection point.
