All refunds are made to the same payment method used to purchase (except cash on delivery*). Please, note that:
With the home collection service, your parcel may take up to 7 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
*If you paid by cash on delivery, we will need your bank details in order to refund you by bank transfer. Make sure you have them up-to-date in My account > Refunds.
