Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki collection point. It's very simple!

1. Prepare your parcel with the delivery note
Simply prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.
- If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
- If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!
2. Generate the code to return your parcel
Download your voucher by entering your e-mail and order number. A barcode will be generated and sent to you by e-mail. Once you have the code you can go to the collection point and return your parcel.
Keep in mind the following fields when requesting the code:
User - the e-mail you used to make your Mango purchase (e.g. name@gmail.com)
Password - the number of your order, which you will find on the delivery note (8 characters, e.g. CXX11100)
Once the code is generated, you will have 15 days to take your parcel to the collection point.
3. Take your parcel to the collection point
Go to the collection point and, once there, show the code you will have received by e-mail and hand over the package.
