It's very simple! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return items (except gift vouchers that can only be exchanged). To exchange an item, you can go to any store with the items and your receipt, either in paper or digital format. Items can only be returned to the same store where they were purchased.
Items in the CAPSULE collection can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. These items cannot be exchanged or returned if they do not have the original labels on.
Remember that you can also present the barcode on your mobile phone. You will find it in the details of your purchase in My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
Before visiting us, we recommend that you consult the return conditions:
- For reasons of hygiene, sealed items such as lingerie, underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned unless the protective seal or device is still intact.
- Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again.
- Fragrances, candles and other cosmetics must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Gift cards are also non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
