Please make sure that you have read and understood the general conditions of sale that regulate your purchase of Mango products via the webpage www.mango.com (the “Webpage”) and/or the Mango mobile application (the “App”) as the use of this Webpage/App, wherever applicable, implies your acceptance of these general conditions of sale.However, if you have any queries regarding the same you may contact our Customer Services department.

The following conditions regulate the sale of the products featured on the Webpage/App by the company:

The items offered on the Website/Application are a selection of products from the women's, men's, kids and home collection, which meet all the quality and guarantee requirements of the products offered for sale, where applicable, in Mango's physical stores.

You acknowledge that Mango has - and retains having - the full ownership of each and every intellectual property rights related to the products, materials or contents featured on our Webpage/App.

Purchase procedure

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
  2. The shopping basket contains the reference of the selected product, its name, size, colour and price in the corresponding country (including taxes).The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method selected.
  3. To proceed with the purchase, you will be required to provide information on personal data such as name, address, email, telephone no. and gender (the “Personal Data”). Your Personal Data will be included on our database in order to process the order and simplify future purchases via the Webpage/App.The Personal Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As customer you may, at any moment, access the Personal Data and information on the orders you have placed.Mango reminds you, as a customer, that the Personal Data must be as accurate as possible in order to avoid any confusion or errors in the dispatch of the product(s) purchased. In addition, you will, if you have accepted to receive our newsletter, receive personalised commercial notifications adapted to your profile by e-mail and/or SMS.
  4. Before your order is placed, you will be provided with a product summary of the order, identifying the product(s) added to the shopping basket, the total price (including transport and taxes) and the order delivery details, in order for you to confirm this by clicking on the 'Confirm payment' button.If you detect any error in your order before confirming payment, you can modify any detail in the order by clicking on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ button.If you detect any error in your order after payment has been confirmed, please contact our Customer Services department in accordance with Section XI (“CONTACT“). Once your order has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the Webpage/App, allowing you to track the order from your device at any moment.An e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address provided by you, to confirm reception of the order. The e-mail confirmation order contains a description of the same and the personal data provided by the you. If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, this could be due to a temporary communications problem in the network or an error in the e-mail address.In both cases, please contact Customer Services departmentin accordance with Section XI (“CONTACT“).
  5. Your receipt of the aforementioned order confirmation does not imply acceptance of the order by Mango. Your order constitutes an offer to Mango to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance of the same by Mango. Mango is not obliged to accept the order and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept it.However, as a customer you acknowledge that when they click on the “Confirm payment” button, you acquire the obligation to pay for the product(s) when Mango accepts and dispatches the order. Therefore, when Mango accepts the order it will notify you via a new e-mail message, confirming that the order has been dispatched or, wherever applicable, that it is ready for collection (“Confirmation”).

Notwithstanding the content of point 3.5. below, the contract between you and Mango in relation to the requested product(s) will be deemed effective when Mango sends the customer its Confirmation.

The Contract will cover solely the product(s) stated in the Confirmation.Mango will not be obliged to supply any other product(s) which has not been confirmed.

Availability of products

All orders are subject to the products being available. If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, Mango will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

Mango’s right to refusal/cancellation of an order

Mango may cancel or refuse to accept any Confirmed order on the following grounds:

1. In the event of an evident technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of products contained on the Webpage/App when the order was placed.

2. Due to a lack of availability, as described in point 3.4. above.

3. When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.

4. When they are grounds that indicate that the customer is a minor.

5. If Mango was unable to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.

6. If there are computer attacks, viruses or any other event beyond Mango’s reasonable control (force majeure).

In such situations Mango will fully reimburse any sums that have been paid according to paragraph VI below.

Price and payment

Payment and currency

The prices on this Webpage/App are quoted in Euro.The customer may purchase from the country of their choice.If, during the purchasing process, the customer changes the delivery location and the destination country is modified, the prices and availability of the products displayed in the final order summary will be updated.

The prices of the products may change at any moment, although any possible changes will not affect the orders for which Mango has sent the customer its confirmation.

Value Added Tax

All prices of products listed on this Web Page/App include VAT at the rate in force in the Member State in which the products are delivered.

If the purchaser is liable for VAT in an EU Member State, it may be possible to apply the “reverse charge” mechanism subject to fulfilment of the requirements established in the legislation.


The customer gives his express consent to issue the invoice in electronic format. In case the customer wishes to receive the invoice in paper format he may request it at any time by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Payment methods

Mango only accepts payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa/Dankort and MasterCard), via PayPal or Klarna.

Payment by credit or debit card

Mango accepts payments for purchases made via the Webpage/App with the following credit or debit cards:Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the customer is correct.

Payment via PayPal

Mango will process the payment via the PayPal system.

Payment via Klarna
Mango will process the payment via the Pay later in 30 days and the Monthly financing systems. Customers must pay their order's corresponding amount on the reception of the same.

The ID will be needed to proceed with this payment method.

With Pay later in 30 days, customers can buy their items now and pay within 30 days. Klarna will send the customers the invoice by email.

With Monthly financing, the payment can be splitted in 3 to 24 months and the amount payed each month can be chosen by the customer. This payment method has an administration fee of 39.00 kr.

This method is available for purchases of 372 DKK or more. You may have to fulfil other requirements to be able to use this payment method.

By choosing one of these payment methods, customers agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna. For more information, customers can visit Klarna.dk.

Payment security

In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, Mango uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce.Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express, Mango only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) including, if the case may be, the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. The basic aim of the Secure Electronic Transactions initiative is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. When you make payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically check whether the credit card has been activated for Secure Electronic Transactions. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorisation for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected. We also have the GeoTrust SSL safety certificate for online transactions. As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, Mango reserves the right to check the personal data provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.

Purchase limit

It is not possible to make purchases for an amount that exceeds Kr 11.200or for more than 40 products.Customers who wish to make purchases in excess of said amount or quantity for purposes other than resale should contact Customer Services department where they will be informed of the various options for making the desired purchase.


The risk of the products will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery. The products purchased via the Website/Application will be delivered by a courier company within the period indicated on the Website/Application for the selected delivery method and, in all cases, within a maximum deadline of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order Confirmation is received.

Home deliveries will be free of charge on orders over Kr 299. For orders below this amount the delivery cost will be Kr 49. You may also request Urgent home delivery at a cost of Kr 95 and Express delivery at a cost of Kr 65. The Urgent service will not be available during sale periods or during special promotions. To avoid incidents in the delivery (incorrect addresses, unable to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to complete the corresponding form correctly.

Orders may be tracked via the Website/Application, which will indicate the location of the product (s) at any given moment until final reception. The delivery cost is calculated based on the selected delivery method and the total price of the products purchased. The exact delivery cost will be calculated by including each item in the shopping bag and will be detailed on the order summary page before confirmation of the order by the customer by clicking on the 'Confirm payment' button and before entering the payment details.

It will not be possible to send orders to military bases, post office boxes or the Faroe Islands. Delivery costs may change at any time without prior notice. Said change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the present Conditions of Sale. In all cases, the delivery costs that appear at the time of placing the order will remain valid.

Online exchanges and/or returns policy

Exchange and/or returns conditions

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product(s) purchased and/or exchange their size (except for the products described in clause 6.2. below), without the need for justification, within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date. If the products in their confirmed order are delivered separately, on different dates, the dispatch date of the last product shall apply for the purposes of the return.

Mango cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case of flaws). For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

It is not possible to change one model for another: it is only possible to exchange it for a different size. To exchange one item for another, you must follow the refund procedure and make a new purchase.

All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form.
If you do not have this delivery note when making the exchange or return, you can download the returns form by accessing the order page My purchases section of the Site/Application.

6.2. Exchanges and/or returns to store

The products purchased via the Website/Application are part of the collection of products that will be on sale in Mango stores. Therefore, Mango offers the possibility of changes of size of the same product or returns, subject to the stock available in the Copenhagen store (Ostergade 34 ST WN). All products may be returned only to the Copenhagen store, located at 34 ST WN.

In the case of returns, a till receipt will be issued in store as proof of said return and a refund for the amount will be requested. The return data will be sent to our headquarters in Palau-Solità i Plegamans (Barcelona, Spain), from where the refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item.

Postal exchanges and/or returns

The change of size or refund of the purchased items may also be done by handing the parcel into a Post Denmark office, a post office or a postal agency.

In this case you will need to stick the returns label that we sent you with your order on your parcel, together with the delivery note.

If you cannot find it, please contact Customer Service and they will send it to you again.

This service is not available if you placed your order at Mangooutlet.com or via the iPad in MANGO Group stores.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract within 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear whose safety seal has been broken after dispatch.

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter or e-mail message):

Customers can use the following standard form, although this is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the notification in which you exercise your right to withdrawal simply needs to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all the payments received after purchase, including the delivery expenses (with the exception of additional expenses arising from a decision by the customer to choose a delivery mode other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and in all cases within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the present contract. We will process said refund using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly stated otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer incur any expense as a consequence of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the customer has presented evidence of their return, whichever condition occurs first.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed complied with if the goods are returned before expiry of said deadline.

In order to proceed with the return of goods, customers can use the services which Mango places at their disposal, such as: free returns to stores or free returns to Post Denmark.

Returns of orders placed in stores via the iPad

Orders placed via the iPad sales service in Mango stores may be returned to the stores. Please note that the only store that accepts returns in Denmark is our Copenhagen store (Ostergade 34 ST WN, Denmark).

Mango recommends sending the return by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

In this case, an exchange is not possible, you will always be refunded the purchase price.

It is also not possible to request a home collection, or delivery to a PostNL post office branch or courier office.

If you do not choose any of the free return methods offered in section 6, the costs incurred directly from the return shall be borne by you.


Once the items are received, Mango will ensure they are in good condition and will dispatch the requested size in the case of an exchange or refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase in the case of refunds.

The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of the return at the Mango warehouses. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal from the order, the maximum deadline for the refund of the amount paid by the customer for the products will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

The returned items will always be refunded via the same payment method used to purchase them.

In cases where Mango has erroneously sent an item different to the one ordered or the quality of the item sent is not acceptable, Mango, once it has checked the error or defect, will refund the price of the returned item and the postage expenses. Whenever an erroneous or defective item is returned by ordinary post, Mango will refund the corresponding postage expenses provided the customer encloses a receipt of the return expenses in the parcel. Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

Mango shall not owe any liability to the customer when the product contained in the parcel returned by the customer is incorrect. Notwithstanding the above, in cases where the customer erroneously sends a product different to the one stated in the order and it is possible to process the collection of the item, the customer must organise its return and cover the corresponding costs of said collection.


To customers who make purchases as consumers, Mango offers warranties on the products marketed through the Website/Application for any non-conformities regarding the same that become apparent within a period of three (3) years from delivery of the product.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any non-conformities that become apparent within two (2) years of delivery of the product already existed when the product was delivered.

Consequently, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, the customer should notify Mango by any of the communication methods set out below.

Gift voucher

Users may purchase gift vouchers solely at Mango.com to purchase items on sale at said Website.

When purchasing a gift voucher, users cannot add any other item to the order and may only purchase one gift voucher per order.

In order to process the purchase of a gift voucher, the following details of the person for whom it is intended will be requested: name, surname(s) and e-mail. These details will be used solely for the correct management of the gift voucher.

Only one gift voucher may be used per order as a payment method and they cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts.

If the purchase amount is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be available to the user for future purchases.

If the total purchase amount is greater than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer using the payment methods accepted at Mango.com.

The exchanges and/or returns policy for orders paid for with gift vouchers is the same as for all other orders placed at Mango.com.

The refundable amount will be credited to the balance of the gift voucher.

The crediting of the gift voucher will take approximately 15 days from the date of the refund. Once the gift voucher has been credited, the user will be notified by e-mail of the new balance available.

If part of the order has been paid for with a credit card, the refundable amount will first be credited to the credit card used, and the remainder of the refundable amount credited to the balance of the gift voucher.

The balance of the gift voucher may be consulted at any moment via the Gift Voucher option. Two week before the gift voucher expires, the holder will be informed by e-mail of the remaining period and the available balance on their gift voucher, if applicable.
