It is possible that your order has been split into multiple deliveries if one of your chosen items is dispatched from a different warehouse. In this case, you will receive the items on different dates. You can check the details of your order in My Purchases.
What should I do if I have not received all the items in my purchase?
If any of the items in your purchase were sold out at the last minute and we did not send them to you, you will receive an e-mail with a notification. In addition, we will refund you the amount of the out of stock items and the delivery costs via the same payment method used to purchase the items.
Please bear in mind that the refund process will take vary 30 - 45 working day from the day you received the notification.
