How can I pay for my online purchases?

Cash on delivery

Make the payment of your order when you receive it. You can choose if you prefer to pay in cash or by card. You just have to select the cash on delivery payment before you complete the purchase.

When returning items paid Cash on delivery, we will need you to choose your preferred refund method: online credit or bank transfer. Check all instructions on how to get your refund.

Online credit

When available, you can also use your Online Credit to pay for your purchases. Your current balance will be shown at the checkout.

Online credit will be issued when it is chosen as your preferred refund method when you return items paid cash on delivery.

You can also get your store credit transferred back into your bank account at any time by contacting our Customer Service.
