Free return in store

By returning items to your nearest store you help reduce the CO2 emissions produced by transport.

Go to any Mango store with the items you wish to exchange or return. Do not forget to take the return form you received with your order.

If you can't find the form, download it from My Account > My Purchases or present the barcode you'll find in My Purchases via your mobile phone.

Items belonging to the Women collection may be returned to stores in Norway that sell that collection. Items from other collections may only be returned by post.

Returns and/or exchanges cannot be made at MATCH department stores.
