What are the conditions for exchanges and returns of in-store purchases?

Mango will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days from the dispatch date of your order (15 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt only at the store where purchased.

  • Price tags must be attached to the article.
  • Face masks and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
  • No refunds are made.
  • For reasons of hygiene, exchanges of lingerie, underwear, swimwear and earrings will not be accepted.
  • To pay by credit or debit card you will need proof of identity.
