Refunds are made using the same payment method used to purchase. Timings vary depending on the type of return you have chosen:
Home collection: Your parcel may take up to 3 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
