    Home pick-up

    You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund. To do so, you can request home collection and we will send a courier to collect your parcel.

    When you return the multi shippements items, do not request a refund individually. You must request a refund with one order number so that the return fee will not be charged twice.

    This service costs ₩ 2,900.

    1. Request home collection at Mango.com

    If you are registered, go to Returns in the My Account section.

    If you still have not registered, go to My purchases section and enter your e-mail address and order number. In the order detail, click on 'Request exchange or refund' to complete your request.

    Next, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full details of your request.

    2. Prepare your parcel enclosing the delivery note

    Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document the returned corresponding articles and the return reason.

    If you cannot find it, go to My purchases in My Account section, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still have not registered, go to My purchases section and enter your e-mail address and order number. 

    3. The courier will come to your home address to collect your parcel

    Our courier will contact you in the next few days to confirm a date and time to collect the items.

    In the case of returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method to purchase the item within 3 to 15 working days from the date we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

    Returns by post (Door-to-door Delivery)

    You have up to 14 days from reception of your order to request a refund by post (Door-to-door delivery) provided that the garment has not been worn, washed or damaged and attached tag. Remember, Mango is not responsible for the cost of this type of return or any other related costs.

    Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document the items you wish to return.

    If you cannot find it, go to My purchases in My Account section, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still have not registered, go to the My purchases section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

    If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.

    2. Attach the returns label in a visible area on the parcel

    3. Send the item

    You can send the item via any delivery service or your preferred post office. In this case, you should send your parcel by prepaid registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

    Bear in mind that in the case of postal (door-to-door delivery) returns, you should pay the return postage (delivery fee) in advance.

     

    Exchanges

    We're not able to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

    Returns Conditions

    When making returns, please bear in mind that:

    • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
    • Face masks, protective screens and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
    • For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be conserved.
    • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or to refund your payment. Bear in mind that in the case of postal (door-to-door delivery) returns, you should pay the return postage (delivery fee) in advance, if the return is sent by COD (Cash On Delivery), it will be returned to you. In this case, Mango doesn't pay any return charges.

    Refunds

    The refund period for the orders may vary between 3 and 15 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

    If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments.

    Purchases in MANGO stores

      Returns

      MANGO will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (15 days during the Sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt and the orginal PDQ receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

      Price tags must not be removed from the garment.

      Face masks and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.

      For reasons of hygiene, exchanges and returns of lingerie, underwear, Swimwear and earrings will not be accepted.
