Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days from the dispatch date to exchange or return your order.
Help us reduce the impact of transport by taking your order to your nearest store.
Simply present the return form you received with your order at the checkout or the barcode you'll find in My Purchases on your mobile phone.
Complete the online request form to receive via e-mail the code you'll need to present at your nearest drop-off point. In this case, you do not need a return label.
Return your order by post, using the label you received with your order or by sending it to the address you will find in Help.
In this case, we will not cover the cost of returning the parcel.
