How does COVID-19 affect my store purchases?

We believe that sticking together is key. For this reason, we are working hard to offer you the best possible service at this moment.


For in-store purchases made before the store closure, you have 30 days from the store reopening to make your return. Returns for purchases made after the store reopening have been extended to 60 days.


MANGO will accept exchanges of unworn and unwashed garments within 7 days of the purchase date (3 days for sale items) and refunds within 3 days except for sale items, on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Price tags must be attached to the article.

Face masks and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.

For reasons of hygiene, exchanges and returns of lingerie, underwear, swimwear items and earrings cannot be accepted.

If the purchase was paid for by credit or debit card the till receipt as well as the PDQ receipt must be presented.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
