Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days from the dispatch date to exchange or return your order.

Return unwanted items via a drop-off point. See Help for your nearest drop-off point and follow the instructions.

Request the collection of your parcel online and we will send a carrier within 24 to 48 hours to the address of your choice.

Return your order by post, using the label you received with your order or by sending it to the address you will find in Help.

In this case, we will not cover the cost of returning the parcel.
