    Free store return

    If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 60 days after receiving your order to exchange it for any size or request a refund. It’s very simple! 

    1. Find your nearest store

    Visit one of our stores in Czech Republic that sells the collection you wish to exchange or return.

    Men  With Men's collection

    Items belonging to the children's and babies´collection and home collection may only be returned by post.

    2. Hand over the item you wish to exchange or return at the cash desk. You must bring the delivery note.

    You must also state on the delivery note the items you wish to return, or the new size.

    If you cannot find the returns note, go to My purchases, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still do not have an account, enter your e-mail address and order number to access the order page.

    3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item

    Bear in mind that if you return your items to a store, your return details will be sent to our central offices, where the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

    Free returns to PPL parcel shops

    You have up to 60 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund by handing your parcel in to any PPL parcel shop.

    1. Prepare your parcel enclosing the delivery note

    Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles.

    If you cannot find the Returns note, go to My purchases, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still do not have an account, enter your e-mail address and order number to access the order page.


    You will find the returns label in your parcel. Otherwise, visit this website to download it. You will be asked for the following information:

    User: the e-mail you used to make the purchase (e.g. name@gmail.com)
    Password: your order number, which you will find on the delivery note (8 characters, e.g. CXX11100)

    Once you have your label, stick it to the parcel you wish to return.

    3. Send the item

    To do so, go to any PPL parcel shop and send your parcel.

    The change of size or refund will be processed 7 to 12 working days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.


    If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size.

    If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.

    If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, you must return the item and place a new order.

    Returns Conditions

    When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

    • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
    • Face masks, protective screens and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
    • For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be conserved.
    • For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Mango will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
    • 1) The buyer is entitled to assert his right arising from a defect which occurs in consumer goods within twenty four months from the takeover. (2) If the period for which a thing may be used is specified on the sold thing, its packaging, the instruction manual attached to the thing or in advertising in accordance with other legal regulations, the provisions on quality guarantee apply.
    • The provision of Section 2165 does not apply: a) to a defect of a thing sold for a lower price for which the lower price was stipulated, b) to the wear and tear of a thing caused by its normal use, c) to a defect of a used thing corresponding to the extent of use of the thing or its wear and tear upon takeover by the buyer, or d) if it follows from the nature of the thing.
    • (1) If a thing lacks the properties specified in Section 2161, the buyer may also require the supply of a new thing without defects, unless it is disproportionate to the nature of the defect, but where the defect only concerns a component part of the thing, the buyer may only request a replacement of that component part; if it is impossible, he may withdraw from the contract. If, however, it is disproportionate to the nature of the defect, in particular where the defect can be removed without undue delay, the buyer has the right to have the defect removed gratuitously. (2) Even where a defect is removable, the buyer is entitled to have a new thing supplied or a component part replaced if he cannot use the thing properly due to the repeated occurrence of the defect after a repair or due to a larger number of defects. In this case, the buyer shall also have the right to withdraw from the contract. (3) If a buyer fails to withdraw from the contract or assert his right to have a new defect-free thing supplied, its component part replaced or the thing repaired, he may require a reasonable price reduction. A buyer also has the right to a reasonable price reduction where the seller cannot supply to him a new defect-free thing, replace a component part of the thing or repair it, as well as where the seller fails to provide for a remedy within a reasonable time or where such a remedy would cause substantial difficulties to the consumer.
    • The rights arising from defects are asserted against the seller from which the thing was purchased. However, if the confirmation under Section 2166 designates another person to carry out repairs who is located at the place of the seller or another place closer to the buyer, the buyer shall assert his right of repair against the person designated to carry out repairs. The person so designated to carry out repairs shall do so within a time limit agreed between the seller and the buyer upon the purchase of the thing.
    • (2) In case there is a defect within six months from takeover, the thing is presumed to have already been defective upon takeover.
    • If a defect can be removed, an acquirer may demand either a repair or supplementing what is missing, or a reasonable price reduction. If a defect cannot be removed and prevents the proper use of the subject, the acquirer may either withdraw from the contract or demand a reasonable price reduction.
    • A person having the right under Section 1923 is also entitled to reimbursement of the costs reasonably incurred in asserting this right. However, if he fails to assert the right to compensation within one month after the time limit for claiming the defect has expired, a court shall not grant that right if the transferor invokes late assertion of the right to compensation.
    • Items purchased as a set must be returned together. Individual items cannot be returned separately.
    • Items that vary in price according to size (towels, sheets, duvet covers, etc.) cannot be exchanged, only returned.
    • Items containing flammable substances (such as perfumes, body mist, etc.) can only be returned with the hazardous goods label and in the original packaging.
    • Fragrances and cosmetics can only be returned if they are still sealed and in their original packaging.

    Right of withdrawal

    Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the reception of their order, to exercise their right to cancel their Mango purchase.

    If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal, you should notify us by letter or using this withdrawal form which you should send via e-mail or by post:

    After notifying your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal from the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it.

    You can return your item to one of our stores or by post.

    If you have received underwear garments fitted with a safety seal, please bear in mind that you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal once the safety seal has been removed.

    In this case, the maximum deadline for the refund will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

    We will refund the purchase amount and original delivery costs (standard delivery only).
    Costs arising from the return will not be refunded.


    Once we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to inform you about the refund of your order. Remember, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item and depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses.

    Did you pay Cash on delivery?  In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, go to Returns in the My account section. If you still do not have an account at Mango.com, you can provide your details in the My purchases section in the breakdown of your order. Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, the account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.

    If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.

    Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

    Hazardous goods - Transport restrictions

    There are items that contain flammable substances to which transport restrictions apply, such as perfumes, body mist, etc.

    If you want to return an item of such characteristics, you must bear in mind that there are special transport requirements.

    It's very easy! Simply follow these steps to make the return:

    1- Use the same box in which the item arrived, as it already has the hazardous goods label.

    2- It is important that the product is returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions as it was sent.

    3 - If you are going to pack the item in a new box, it must contain the hazardous goods label printed and attached to the exterior:

    4- Protect the item inside with paper or other padding material to prevent it from moving.

    5 - Follow the usual returns procedure.

    Remember that if you make a return without hazardous goods, you should remove this label from the box.

    Purchases in MANGO stores


      MANGO will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 60 days of the purchase date, 15 days during the sales period, on presentation of the original till receipt to the same store where the item is purchased from.

      Price tags must be attached to the article.

      Face masks and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.

      For reasons of hygiene, exchanges and returns of lingerie, underwear, swimwear items and earrings will not be accepted.

      Items purchased with a Gift Voucher can only be exchanged.

      Exchanges and refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

      This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

      Purchases in MANGO stores via iPad


        If you have purchased an item via the iPad in one of our stores and changed your mind, you have 60 days after receiving your order to return the item. 

        In this case, exchanges will not be accepted.

        We have two options:


        You can return your item at the same store where you purchased it. 

        In order to process your refund, you will need to present the purchase receipt.

        To do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Include the purchase receipt or a photocopy of the same in your parcel.

        We will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, go to Returns in the My account section. If you still do not have an account at Mango.com, you can provide your details in the My purchases section. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number.
