Exchanges and returns

Online purchases

    Free returns via USPS Dropoff service

    You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another size or request a refund via the USPS Dropoff Service.

    1. Prepare your parcel enclosing the delivery note

    Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles.

    If you cannot find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

    2. Attach the returns label in a visible area on the parcel

    You will have to stick the USPS returns label that we sent you with your order on your parcel. 

    If you cannot find it, print it again at My Orders in the My Account section if you're already registered, or at the Orders section if not.

    3. Return your parcel

    Drop off your return at the USPS location of your choice.

    The change of size or refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

    Free store return

    If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange it for any size or request a refund. It’s very simple! 

    1. Find your nearest store

    Visit one of our stores in the United States that sells the collection you wish to exchange or return.

    Free returns to store do not apply to stores located in airports or department stores.

    Kids and Violeta by Mango items may only be returned by mail.

    2. Hand over the item you wish to exchange or return at the cash desk. You must bring the delivery note.

    You must also state on the delivery note the items you wish to return, or the new size.

    If you cannot find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

    3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item

    Bear in mind that if you return your items to a store, your return details will be send to our central offices, where the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item within 3 business days.

    Returns by mail

    You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund by mail:

    2. Attach the returns label in a visible area on the parcel

    On the delivery note you will see a label with the return address, which you should attach to your parcel.

    If you cannot find it in your parcel, send it to the following address:

    3. Send the item

    We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

    The change of size or refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

    Exchanges

    If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size.

    If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.

    If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, you must return the item and place a new order.

    Returns Conditions

    When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

    • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
    • For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be conserved.
    • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, MANGO will not accept cash on delivey and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

    If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by mail, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs.

    The postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

    In these cases, returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground or Regular shipping method. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund.

    Note that Mango will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, Overnight or 2 Day Shipping.

    Price adjustments

    Customers have the right to request a one-time price adjustment of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will process your refund in the form of the original payment.

    This policy is only valid for the first mark down. Please note that promotional sale prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded from this guarantee.

    Purchases in MANGO stores

      Returns

      MANGO will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

      Price tags must be attached to the article.

      For reasons of hygiene, exchanges and returns of lingerie, underwear, swimwear items and earrings will not be accepted.
      Gift receipt only allows exchanges.

      Items purchased with a Gift Voucher can only be exchanged, not refunded.

      Exchanges and refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was paid for by credit or debit card, the till receipt as well as the credit card charge slip must be presented.

      A one-time price adjustment in form of a store credit will be offered within 14 days on presentation of the original sales receipt.

      MANGO will not accept exchanges or returns by mail.

      This limited warranty is offered in addition to other rights you may have, which vary from state to state.

      This policy may not apply to MANGO stores located in airports or department stores.

      Purchases in MANGO stores via iPad

        Returns

        If you have purchased an item via the iPad in one of our stores and changed your mind, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item. 

        In this case, exchanges will not be accepted.

        We have two options:

        FREE STORE RETURN

        Visit one of our stores* in the United States that sells the collection you wish to exchange or return.

        In order to process your refund, you will need to present the purchase receipt.

        *Free returns to store do not apply to stores located in airports, department stores or Puerto Rico.

        RETURN BY MAIL

        If you prefer, you can also return the item by mail to the following address:

        Include the purchase receipt or a photocopy of the same in your parcel.
