Complete the online request for home collection of your return and we will send a carrier to the address you provide. We make it easy for you!

The cost of the return is 29,95 USD. It will be deducted from the total of your refund.

Have the parcel ready on the day of collection to facilitate the return. Please make sure you use the original package to return your items.

• If you need a size change, you should return the items and make a new purchase.

Prepare your return step-by-step:

• It is not necessary to use the original packaging; you can use any box or bag.
• Make sure the items are securely fastened and protected, and that the package is properly sealed so that it does not open accidentally.
• If you need to download the return form again, you will find it in My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
• You can return items from different orders in the same package if you include the forms from each order.
• If you placed your order without registering, simply log in with the purchase e-mail from My purchases > Exchanges and returns.
