Home collection

Complete the online request for home collection of your return and we will send a carrier to the address you provide. We make it easy for you!

Please note that this service has a cost of din. 850.00 for each return request. This amount will be deducted from your refund, so you won't need to make any payments directly to the courier. If you would prefer home collection, you can request it below.

Have the parcel ready on the day of collection to facilitate the return. Simply include the garments that you want to change or return and the return form you received with your order. If you need a new one, download one from My purchases.

• If you request a size change, indicate the new size you require on the form next to each item.
• If you request a return, we will ask you to state the reason. This information is important because it will help us improve our garments. Your opinion matters to us!

As it is a non-EU country, we will send you a returns invoice via e-mail which you should print and hand to the courier.
