All refunds are made to the same payment method used to purchase (except cash on delivery*). Timings vary depending on the type of return you have chosen:
- In-store: This is the fastest way to receive your refund. In some cases, it can take up to 48 hours (on working days) to process the return and confirm your refund.
Home collection: Your parcel may take up to 8 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
*If you paid by cash on delivery, you will be automatically refunded in online credit to later use it for your Mango.com purchases.
