Free home collection
Have the parcel ready on the day of collection to facilitate the return. Simply include the garments that you want to change or return and the return form you received with your order. If you need a new one, download one from My purchases.
- If you request a size change, indicate the new size you require on the form next to each item.
- If you request a return, we will ask you to state the reason. This information is important because it will help us improve our garments. Your opinion matters to us!
This service is not available if you placed your order via the iPad in Mango stores.
