Delivery methods and charges

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.

Delivery costs vary according to the order:

Home delivery  ₩ 3,000 (Free for orders over ₩ 50,000) - Normal shipment: 2 to 3 working days

- Multiple shipment: 9 to 10 working days

* Islands and mountain areas: 1-2 extra delivery days.

Multiple shipments

Bear in mind that in some cases your purchase may include various deliveries so you will receive your orders on different dates.

In such cases, you could see either the articles included in each delivery and its delivery time at the checkout page: from 2 to 3 or from 9 to 10 business days.

Order tracking

You can query the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. If you are not registered at Mango.com , you can access directly in the Orders section. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number.

What is more, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail.

I still have not received my order

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse.

Remember you can query the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. If you are not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.

The items received are incorrect or are defective

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs for the defective garment as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments.

Please remember to enclose your receipt in your parcel when sending your returned items after setting payment of delivery costs.

To process the return, you must describe the defective item or the reason why the item is incorrect on the return note and enclose it in your parcel.

Cannot find it? Access the My Orders section of My Account, select the order and print the 'Returns Form'. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

Consult the different return options at the Returns section.

I have not received all the items in my order

Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase.

Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. Check your purchase confirmation e-mail to see if it applies.

If you have not received any e-mail and your purchase did not have various deliveries, contact Customer Services and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
