    Returns by mail

    You have up to 60 days from reception of your order to request a refund by mail provided that the garment has not been worn, washed or damaged. Exchanges are not available.

    1. Prepare your parcel enclosing the delivery note

    Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document the items you wish to return.

    If you cannot find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.

    2. Attach the returns label in a visible area on the parcel

    On the delivery note you will see a label with the return address, which you should attach to your parcel.

    If you cannot find it in your parcel, send it to the following postage paid address:

    3. Send the item

    To do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

    Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Mango will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

    The refund will be processed 3 to 12 working days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

    Returns Conditions

    When making returns, please bear in mind that:

    • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
    • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Mango will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

    Refunds

    The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

    Did you pay via Convenience Store, Pay-Easy or Electronic Money Payment? In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, go to Update bank details in the My account section. If you still have not registered, you can provide your details in the Orders section. Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, the account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.

    If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.

    Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

    Purchases in MANGO stores via iPad

      Returns

      If you have purchased an item via the iPad in one of our stores and changed your mind, you have 60 days after receiving your order to return the item.  

      In this case, exchanges will not be accepted.

      We have two options:

      FREE STORE RETURN

      You can return your item at the same store where you purchased it. 

      In order to process your refund, you will need to present the purchase receipt.

      POSTAL RETURN

      If you prefer, you can also return the item by post to the following address:

      To do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Include the purchase receipt or a photocopy of the same in your parcel.

      We will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, go to Update bank details in the My account section. If you still have not registered, you can provide your details in the Orders section. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number.
