Complete the online request of your return and you will receive confirmation of the request by e-mail with the QR code that you need to present at the drop point. Then, take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest Coll-8 drop point. It's very simple!
Free return to Coll-8 drop points
Simply prepare your parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return and the return form you received with your order.
- If you are requesting a size exchange, please indicate on the form next to each item the new size you require.
- If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve our garments - your opinion matters to us!
If you can't find or haven't received the return form, please download it by going to your order details in My Purchases.
In this case, you do not need to attach the return label. You will only need the return code you will get by e-mail.
Remember you have 10 working days from the request to deliver the parcel to your nearest Coll-8 point.
