3 Can I purchase your articles by catalogue or via the Internet?

In addition to showing you the new season's trends, our catalogue allows you to purchase directly from it. You can shop via the online store Mango.com or by using the assisted sale service by phone. 3.1 Can I purchase from the MANGO virtual store from anywhere in the world?

We ship to all U.S. states and Washington DC.

Including: U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

3.2 How can I pay for my purchases in the virtual store?

Mango.com currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Paypal, Checkout by Amazon and Mango E-Gift Cards. (See Payment Methods ).

3.3 How much does delivery cost?

Postage expenses are calculated according to the delivery country, the items acquired and the packaging used for dispatch. The exact transport cost is detailed on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order is confirmed. (See Dispatch).

3.4 What it is the delivery time?

The items bought at Mango.com will be sent by the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and delivered within an approximate period of 4 to 7 business days for Standard Delivery, within 3 business days for Express Delivery and between 10 to 20 business days for backordered items.Our current carriers are the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

3.5 Can I exchange or return articles purchased at Mango.com?

Mango (Women's collection) and H.E. by Mango (Men's collection) items may be returned to United States stores that sell these lines. Free returns to store do not apply to stores located in airports, department stores or Puerto Rico.


Violeta by Mango items may only be returned by mail. (See Refunds and Exchanges).

3.6 Can I purchase garments which do not appear in Mango.com?

If the garment, size or color you are looking for is not available in the online store, you could try to obtain it in your normal establishment. However, bear in mind that the selection of garments that appears in the virtual store is renewed periodically during the course of each season.
