Our catalogue shows you the trends for the new season, but it is not possible to purchase through the catalogue. However, you can obtain our articles through Mango.com.

3.1 Can I purchase from the MANGO virtual store from anywhere in the world?

The products offered are distributed in the member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (southern region), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (continental), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Libigno, Campione, Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Romania, Sweden and United Kingdom; as well as Andorra, Canada, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United States, China, Russia, Turkey, Hong Kong, Macao, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Channel Islands, Albania, Saudi Arabia, Bahrein, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Iceland, Maldives, Serbia and El Salvador.

3.2 How can I pay for my purchases in the virtual store?

You can pay for your on-line purchases by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express, by MANGO finance card in Spain or by bank transfer (customers in Germany a Spain only). (See Payment Methods).

3.3 How much does delivery cost?

Postage expenses are calculated according to the delivery country, the items acquired and the packaging used for dispatch. The exact transport cost is detailed on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order is confirmed. (See Dispatch).

3.4 What it is the delivery time?

Delivery of purchases made in Mango.com is carried out by international courier. Approximate delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days. This deadline may be delayed during sale or promotional periods. This deadline may be delayed in countries with customs administration. (See Dispatch).

3.5 Can I exchange or return articles purchased at Mango?

You can exchange articles for another size, or ask for a refund in any MANGO store within the country of purchase. It is also possible to exchange or return goods by sending the article by post to our Central Offices in Barcelona (the address can be found on the back of the Refund Form). Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be carried out in stores in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, the Channel Islands, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Melilla, Poland, Romania or Slovakia, or in the stores at Madrid-Barajas Airport or in the department stores House of Fraser (United Kingdom) and Printemps (France). For Canada and Japan, return can be done in person in any Mango store in these countries or sent by post (only for refunds) to an address in the same country. (See Refunds and Exchanges).

3.6 Can I purchase garments which do not appear in Mango?

If the garment, size you are looking for is not available in the virtual store, you could try to obtain it in your normal establishment. However, bear in mind that the selection of garments that appears in the virtual store is renewed periodically during the course of each season.

3.7 Is it safe to purchase on the Internet?

At MANGO we are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, MANGO guarantees you total security for any purchases you make in the virtual store. MANGO-On Line uses the secure payment systems of leading financial entities in electronic commerce. This way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted manner (SSL) to the financial entity. (See Payment Methods).

4 Is there a special card for paying at MANGO?

We regret to inform you that MANGO does not operate any loyalty card in this country. If you leave us your details here or at any MANGO store, we will notify you as soon as we have one.

All MANGO models are contracted through agencies and not on an individual basis. By exhaustively studying the models currently available, MANGO selects those that best identify with its image and contact the agencies that represent them.
