If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them and/or exchange them for another size within 30 days of the date of receipt provided that the garment has not been worn, washed or damaged.


FREE STORE RETURN


Returning an item is simple! You can do it at any Mango store in United Kingdom.


Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be made in the United Kingdom department stores House of Fraser, Fenwick, John Lewis and Tempest nor in Outlet stores or the following store: LGW AIRPORT (GATWICK).


OTHER BRANDS:


In the case of swimwear, sport or lingerie items, or items belonging to H.E. by Mango, Mango Kids or Violeta by Mango you can return them in stores which sell these lines. Go to the Stores section to find your nearest store.


If you return any article to a store, the refund will be processed there. This information shall be sent to our central offices, from where the corresponding refund shall be made using the same payment used for the purchase.


POSTAL RETURN


To do this, you should send the garment to the following address:

We recommend sending the package by registered mail.


REMEMBER...


- You must indicate the garments you wish to return or exchange on the returns note and enclose it in your package.


- If you cannot find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print out the Returns Note. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number.


- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be conserved.


- When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. In such cases, the delivery or return expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note that Mango does not accept returns sent carriage due or cash on delivery.


- The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses.


- Only sizes may be exchanged. If you wish to change the garment for another model, you will have to return the model you ordered and place a new order. If the requested garment is not in stock anymore we will automatically proceed with the refund.


- If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses. Please note that the postage expenses will be refunded after the items are reimbursed.

1.2 Refunds for payments made by bank transfer


Did you pay by bank transfer? In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, go to Update bank details in the My account section. If you still have not registered, you can provide your details in the Orders section.

1.3 Right of withdrawal


Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days , from the reception of their order, to exercise their right to cancel their MANGO purchase. To do so, they must notify their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal from the order in a letter or by using this  withdrawal form , which you should send by e-mail, post or fax to:

After notifying your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal from the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it.


The order may be returned in store or by post. For more information, consult the Exchanges and returns conditions.


If you have received underwear garments fitted with a safety seal, please bear in mind that you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal once the safety seal has been removed.

2. Purchases made in stores


If they have been purchased in one of our MANGO stores in The United Kingdom:


MANGO will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 1 month of the date of purchase (15 days during the sales period) when presenting the till receipt, in any shop within the country of purchase.


Merchandise found to be defective as to quality description or performance, may be returned in accordance with your legal rights. If you do not provide the purchase receipt, we will exchange/refund your article at the current selling price. We regret that for hygienic reasons swimwear and underwear will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.


Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.


Any purchases made by cheque will be refunded within 20 days.


This policy is not applicable to MANGO stores located in shopping malls. We are pleased to offer this in addition to your statutory rights.

3. iPad purchases in stores


If you have placed an order via iPad in one of our stores and you are not satisfied with the items received, it's very simple. You can return the item to any Mango store. Go to the Stores section to find your nearest store.
